The following are examples of actual results our sponsor attorneys have achieved for their clients:

PROBLEM:

Client with Penal Code section 857 warrant on misdemeanor trespass and failure to appear charges. The warrant was voer 2 years old. Because of the case, client could not get a drivers license in his home state of AZ.

RESULT:

Warrant recalled on the same day client hired TCP attorney. Eventually, case was dismissed completely. Client had to complete 8 hours community service in home state, but paid no fines, and did not have to appear in court at all. (Orange County, Santa Ana Courthouse 2007) PROBLEM:

Client with 2 year old arrest warrant for failure to appear on misdemeanor criminal charge in San Diego Superior Court. Client lived in Arizona, and client's AZ drivers license was suspended because of the case.

RESULT:

Attorney made an appearance and got warrant and drivers license hold recalled, and set trial date. Attorney won the case at the trial, and all charges (including the failure to appear) were dismissed. Client did not have to appear in court at all and did not have to pay any fines, or do jail or community service time. (San Diego County Central Justice Center, June. 2007)

PROBLEM:

Client with 4 year old San Diego County arrest warrant for multiple probation violations, and for writing 2 bounced checks to the court for fine payments.

RESULT:

Attorney made an appearance and got warrant recalled. Client did not have to appear in court at all and received second chance to complete probation without new penalties. (San Diego County Central Justice Center, June. 2007)

PROBLEM:

Client with San Diego County arrest warrant and $5,000 bail. Client lived in Nor Cal, and could not appear in court.

RESULT:

Attorney made an appearance and got warrant recalled, not only the same day, but within 4 hours of being hired. Client did not have to appear in court at all. (San Diego County Feb. 2007)

PROBLEM:

Client with 4 year old Arrest Warrant issued for failure to provide proof of completion of court ordered classes. Bail on warrant was $5,000, probation was revoked. Client did not reside in the area, and could not appear in court.

RESULT:

Warrant recallled, client received re-referral to court ordered classes. Probation reinstated. Client did not have to post bail or appear in court. (San Diego County Aug. 2006)


PROBLEM:

Client with suspended license from a pending case 3 years old with a Failure to Appear charge and 40509.5 hold.

RESULT:

Clients drivers license reinstated within 3 court days. Client did not have to pay fines before license drivers license was reinstated. (San Diego County Aug. 2006)


PROBLEM:

Client accused of driving 116 mph. Court offered sentence of 6 months license suspension, 1800 fine.

RESULT:

Case won at trial. Case dismissed completely, no fine, no suspension. (Los Angeles County Aug 2006)


PROBLEM:

Client with arrest warrant in San Diego County for failure to appear at misdemeanor arraignment. The bail on the warrant was $5000, and it interferred with client's ability to travel for business.

RESULT:

Warrant was recalled and case put back on track within 1 court day. Client did not have to appear in court, post bail, or pay any fines before the warrant was recalled. (San Diego County, July 2006)

PROBLEM:

Client with 2 40509.5 holds; misdemeanor Failure to Appear charges on both cases, no proof of insurance. Suspended drivers license.

RESULT:

Drivers license holds removed within 3 days and client's drivers license was reinstated immediately. Client did not have to appear in court, or pay fines before recovering the drivers license.

PROBLEM:


Client with 3 cases in 2 counties; misdemeanor Failure to Appear charges on all three, misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance. Warrant issued and license suspended. Original Bail in excess of $6000.

RESULT:

All three cases resolved completely. Client did not have to appear in court at all. Client recovered valid driver's license before any fines were due. Total fines on all three cases less than $800.

PROBLEM:

Client with 5 open cases with Failures to Appear in 4 different courts. All were in collections, had V.C. 40509.5 Driver�s License Holds, and one had an active arrest warrant.

RESULT:

All driver's license holds and the arrest warrant cleared within 5 court days. Client did not have to appear in court, and did not have to pay fines before reinstating his suspended driver's license. (Los Angeles County Jan. 2006)
