PROBLEM:
Client arrested by CHP on warrant issued after DUI probation.  Court accused client of not completing court ordered program on time.  Client's probation revoked, and charged with separate probation violation.  Judge indicated 30 day jail sentence that was previously "suspended" to be applied.  Client could not appear in court due to work requirements.

RESULT:
Attorney went to court without client, and made formal request second chance for client, reinstatement of probation, new deadline. Judge granted request.  Probation was reinstated, warrant recalled, and no jail time imposed.  Time between hiring attorney and resolution of warrant case = 5 days. Client did not have to appear in court or get re booked.  (Roseville Courthouse).

PROBLEM:
Client with alleged 2nd offense DUI in Tahoe City.  Client missed the Arraignment, and a warrant with bail set at $15,000 issued and was active for 2 years.  Client lived out of state and wanted to solve the problem.

RESULT: Attorney appeared in court for client within days of being hired, got Warrant recalled and Case resolved.  Probation granted with Sheriff's Work Program, substance abuse classes and fine.  No actual jail time. Client only had to appear in court once.   Client did not have to post bail on the warrant. (Placer County, June 2010)
