| Traffic Court Pros.com Case Review Information
Traffic Court Pros.com Case Reviews are designed to help you solve your traffic or criminal court problem. All requests for Case Reviews are kept strictly confidential, and sent only to the sponsoring attorney who has agreed to handle each request. At Traffic Court Pros.com, we process requests for quotes or case reviews in the following way: • The request is screened to determine if it involves a matter we can help with; • If it is a problem we can help with, the request is sent to a licensed attorney for review. Then, a confirmation email is sent to you to let you know the name and contact information of the attorney who has agreed to review your request. This information includes the attorney's state bar license #, and links to more detailed background information on the attorney to educate you on the attorney's training, skills and experience. • If the reviewing attorney can help, he or she will independently create a written case review for you, for free. The details of the review depend on the quality of the information provided by the customer, but all of our participating attorneys have agreed to follow a proven and useful format for a quality review. Sample Case Review (.pdf) • A Traffic Court Pros.com Case Review always includes the following elements: 1) identification of what problem was found; 2) description of what is happening; 3) information on the possible penalties and/or outcomes. Where possible, the case review will include links or citations to other sources of more details on the problem. Most reviews also include an attached ".pdf" version of the court's record on the problem; 4) options for solving the problem; 5) the attorneys recommended plan for solving the problem; 6) a quote for attorney services; and 7) instructions on how to hire the attorney or firm making the review if you desire. • If, after receiving your case review, you want to hire the attorney or firm, the transaction is made easy and can be done on line. All of our sponsor attorneys accept credit and debit cards, and Pay Pal for payment. In most traffic court cases, no office visit is necessary. Although we try to help everyone, it is impossible. Detailed case reviews are only sent to those individuals who we can help. For those users we cannot help with a case review, we try to provide useful, free self help content on our site. Common reasons why users do not receive case reviews are: 1) no email address given; 2) no location of the incident given; 3) poor grammar that makes it difficult to understand the problem; 4) we do not have a participating attorney in the area to accept the case; 5) the problem is not one we can help with; 6) incomplete information; 7) the requesting person is not the defendant; and 8) we could not locate details on your case or problem. Once a user receives a case review and hires the attorney or firm, the attorney is independently responsible for getting the work done pursuant to the fee agreement between attorney and client. Traffic Court Pros.com does not participate or interfere with the attorney's services in any way and does not receive a client referral fee or percentage of attorneys fees from any attorney or firm. At times, Traffic Court Pros.com may provide a limited customer service function to the extent necessary to facilitate communications. Attorney fees vary according to the complexity of the case and are determined independently by the attorney offering services. In most cases, our sponsors will help resolve your problem(s) for a flat fee. And often, warrants and drivers license holds can be removed before any fines are due. Our Sponsors accept most major credit cards, and hassle-free short-term installment plans are available in many cases for a service charge. |
